Cancellation & Re-scheduling:

Clients are asked to provide 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling otherwise they will be charged 100% (full amount)  of their appointed massage session. (conditions apply eg Accidents, etc.) If the appointment is missed without prior notice, I will charge the full amount, as I will not be able to give that massage appointment to another client.
