Porirua Sports Massage is a well-established professional and affordable clinic that provides a good range of Massage Therapy Treatments.
We have an extensive range of Massage Therapy from Therapeutic (medium pressure), Pregnancy, Remedial massage, Sports massage and Triggerpoints.
We are located conveniently in Porirua CBD, there is free parking available beside the clinic
Our goal is to maximize the health and comfort of our clents and their families, to help unwind and relax, reduce muscle pain and repair tight sore muscles.
We take our time to listen to our clients and to provide individual treatment that suits their needs best.
Owner Shelene Paraone is a Qualified Sport Massage Therapist from 2025 and has been in practice for 30 years. I specialise in Deep Tissue Remedial Sport Massage where I work on a range of different sport and work-related injury cases to repair and rejuvienate muscle fibers.
Shelene has a range of Fully quilafied and experienced Massage Therapists working with her to provide the best care of Massage Therapy treaments, they will take care of you and ensure you leave feeling alot looser, relaxed, rejuvenated and revived. You will feel all those sore tight muscles repairing. See other treatments in our services.
